(1) The University shall have a fund, which shall contain the following funds:-

(a) Government of Nepal to the University Amount,

(b) Amount received by the University,

(c) Received for the University All amounts,

(d) amounts given by way of donations and financial assistance to the University, and

(e) Monthly fee and amount received from other sources.

(2) The amount of the university fund shall be opened and deposited in an account in the specified bank.

(3) The operation of the said fund shall be as specified.< /p>

(4) The funds of the University shall be used for the prescribed work.
